Connect the Urinal to the Building Drain

Designed as a commercial restroom urinal drain connector, the U7005 carries wastewater from the ceramic urinal outlet into a compatible drainage connection.

In a vertical discharge layout, it can serve as a floor-drain urinal connector kit. Where the urinal discharges horizontally toward the wall, the same connector design can be positioned as a wall-outlet urinal waste connector, provided that the ceramic outlet, drain socket and fixing points all match.

This is a waste-side fitting. It is not the flush-water inlet connector shown above the urinal.

Rubber-Sealed, Wax-Free Connection

The molded plastic body incorporates an oval upper gasket for the urinal interface and two lower rubber sealing rings for the drainage connection. This wax-free arrangement is designed to help contain wastewater and reduce drain odours when all mating surfaces are correctly sized, aligned and installed.

The elongated side slots allow limited positioning adjustment before tightening. Metal washers help distribute the clamping load across the plastic brackets, while the supplied countersunk bolts and hex nuts secure the connector in place.

Is the U7005 a urinal flush pipe connector?

No. The U7005 is installed on the waste side of the urinal, between the ceramic discharge outlet and the building drainage pipe. It does not connect the flush valve or water inlet to the urinal.

Can the U7005 replace any Korean-made or imported urinal connector?

No universal fit is claimed. Urinals produced for different brands, markets or production batches may have different outlet shapes, fixing positions and drainage interfaces. Compare the original part and all critical dimensions, then test a sample before confirming compatibility.

Can the same connector be used with both floor and wall drainage?

The supplied application illustration shows the connector in both vertical floor-drain and horizontal wall-drain layouts. Actual suitability depends on the urinal outlet direction, drainage-pipe position, fixing points, connection diameters and available clearance.
